(WHITE RIVER, ON) - On March 24, 2022, at approximately 2:54 a.m., members of the Superior East Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter on Lisgar Street in White River.

 

Police located the accused inside the building and, through investigation, Nelson BURTON, 37 years-of-age, of Sudbury was arrested and charged with the following:

 

• Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence, contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).           

 

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on June 6, 2022 in Wawa.
